Here are a few of the cocktails that Tiffany creates or serves in the book. Enjoy, and remember to drink responsibly!
30ml cold espresso
20ml coffee liqueur
30ml espresso tequila
10ml Baileys Irish cream
Cream to float
Combine tequila, coffee liqueur and espresso coffee in a shaker.
Shake, then gently single-strain into a martini glass.
Using a bar spoon, slowly pour the Baileys into the glass, creating a layer at the bottom of the martini. Add a small dollop of cream to float.
Sazerac

Absinthe (Vieux Pontarlier)
1 1/2 oz Rye (Rittenhouse 100)
1/2 oz Cognac (Pierre Ferrand 1840)
1 tsp Demerara Syrup
4 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Rinse a rocks glass with absinthe and dump, or spray with an atomizer. Stir the rest of the ingredients with ice then strain into your glass. Squeeze a lemon twist over the drink and discard.
Purple Sour
42.5g brandy
14.2g apple
14.2g lemon juice
14.2g lavender simple syrup
Egg white
1 dash of angostura bitters
Dry shake all ingredients, double strain into coupe, add dash of bitters and sprig of lavender.
2 oz Bourbon (@makersmark)
1 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Ginger liqueur (@barrowsintense)
.5 oz Simple syrup
Shake all ingredients for 10 seconds, pour over clear ice and pour .5 oz of red wine over 🧊
